Fitness Club

THE SESSIONS
These run from 6 to 7pm every Friday, with light to moderate exercise sessions to include fitness routines, aerobics (on DVD), circuit training, strength and conditioning exercises. All of which can be adapted to suit your ability. Feel free to do as much or as little as you feel able to do and at your own pace.
The club is run by husband and wife team: Stuart and Lesley Simpson: Stuart was a PE teacher with 35 years experience, in a wide range of sports and activities, including fitness and conditioning.
Lesley is a Registered Nurse with experience in hospitals, nursing homes, hospice and general practice.
We are here to offer our expertise and advice at an individual personal level. If you have any concerns, questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to ask. It’s your group! We look forward to getting to know you.
